My testimony (Godhead)
"How have you been changed by knowing the Godhead?"
To be honest, I don't think I would recognize myself without the relationship I have with God, through prayer, with Christ through his atonement, and with the Holy Ghost's comfort and guidance.
Knowing the Godhead,to me, means that I have an incredible force behind my righteous choices. I have someone on my side when I choose the right, when everyone around me is choosing wrong. It means that I can rely, 100%, on Christ's support, and know that He'll be there when I need Him.
It also means that I can choose the right fearlessly. Recently, this has been tested to a great degree, as I chose to quit my job, in favor of following the still small voice, which assured me that I would be taken care of. I didn't know what "be taken care of" would mean, specifically, but I knew that God loved me, and if He said I'd be taken care of, then He meant it, and was able to do so. 10 months later, and I can testify that He has done so, and continues to do so, but there were difficult trials along the way, which, through prayer, humility, and determination, and the help of the Holy Ghost, and the Atonement, I was able to make it through with a happy family.
I value my relationship with God more than I value anything on this earth.
I so testify in Christ's name.
