2nd Nephi : 3
First thing that catches my eye tonight is "wilderness of my affliction" and "greatest sorrow". I can only assume that Lehi either meant during the ship controversy, or the time when Lehi was murmuring because Nephi broke his bow. Not sure...
I wonder how many scriptures there are like verse 12. I know there are more, but I don't really want to look them up now. The whole "Book of Mormon and Bible coming forth to teach the word of God together"... I love it.
Interesting that at the beginning of chapter 2, Lehi began speaking to Jacob, and ended up talking to his "sons", not sure which ones... The beginning of chapter 3 starts and ends with just Joseph. It's interesting to note the revelations in chapter 2 are quite wide and encompass much of the plan of salvation. Chapter 3 talks pretty much only about Joseph Smith, Joseph of Egypt, the Book of Mormon / Bible, and other things having to do directly or anagolously (is that a word), with the name Joseph.
